For the referral to be valid, the following points must be adhered to:
The referred applicant must meet the qualifications and skill requirements of the position as outlined in the job description.
For the award to be valid, the candidate must complete their 3 month probation period with Lalamove.
The referred applicant must not be a previous employee of Lalamove and must not currently exist in Lalamove's recruitment process in any way.
The referred applicant should not apply to any job position in Lalamove on their own.
